1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

The duration of international transit typically ranges from 2 to 8 weeks, although this timeframe can vary depending on the courier.
2. Would it be possible for C.C. to personalize my books?
Yes. Please input your Dedication name on the order page before adding it to your cart.
3. What if I received a wrong/damaged/missing item?

4. Are all books sighed by C.C.?
Without a doubt, the answer is a resounding yes!
5. Where is my order?
Shipments are dispatched on a weekly basis, specifically on SATURDAYS. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. Your tracking number will be provided once your order has been sent.
6. Who is delivering my order?
The shipping of your order will be done using LBC.
7. What if it shows my order is delivered, but it’s not there?

8. What if my package gets returned?
Should your package be returned to us for reasons such as an incomplete address or the recipient being unreachable, and you would like the package to be re-shipped, please be aware that you will need to cover the expenses of the re-shipment. If you notice your package has the wrong address and it hasn’t been shipped yet, please email hiddenink.by.cc@gmail.com or reached out to us on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/hiddeninkbycc). as soon as you can and we’ll change the address for you.
